So, today’s episode is a conversation I had with Maureen Cawley. Maureen is the Chief People Officer at Saatva, the Smarter Luxury Sleep Company. She is a Human Resources Executive with progressive experience leading teams to deliver great results. Maureen has a deep understanding of the dynamic, changing workforce and is skilled in developing, protecting, and retaining top talent. 

And given all of the uncertainty and overwhelm creeping around our workplaces these days, I thought it would be helpful to chat with someone on “the inside” – someone who is seeing firsthand how people are experiencing these challenges, and to get her thoughts on strategies for coaching and supporting people through it.
